Gratitude for Me!

What I like about myself....

I like that I am Resourceful.

I am very capable of finding solutions and problem solving.

I am proud that I can learn new things quickly and easily most of the time.

I like that my attitude has become more open and I see myself as approachable and fun loving. I like these parts of myself.

I am also learning to love and embrace my other parts too.

The part that needs encouragement, nothing wrong with me if I need to be lifted up too, what is different now is I do this for myself and don't wait for someone to give it to me.

This is what results when you have self-care practice. You learn to give yourself all that you need. You start taking your power back instead of giving it away.
