Protein isn’t just for “gym people.”
It’s the master nutrient behind how your body functions.
✨ Hormones: Protein provides amino acids needed to make hormones that regulate metabolism, blood sugar, appetite, and stress.
⚡ Energy: Balanced protein = steadier blood sugar = fewer crashes and cravings.
💪 Muscle & Metabolism: Muscle is metabolically active. More protein → more lean muscle → higher calorie burn, even at rest.
🔥 Fat Loss: Protein keeps you feel fuller longer and has a higher thermic effect (you burn more calories digesting it).

How Much Protein Do You Actually Need?

• 0.8–1.0 g per lb of goal body weight
• Most women thrive around 90–130 g/day
✔️ Men:
• 0.8–1.0 g per lb of goal body weight
• Typically 120–180 g/day, depending on size and activity
📌 Spread it out: 25–40 g per meal works better than saving it all for dinner.
