PILATES IS LIKE REAL SPORT, BUT HARDER.

Can you guess, which workout gained enormous following, the plethora of celebrity endorsements and Instagram influencers rave about? Yes, you guessed it right - Pilates. Be it on Reformer, Megaformer, Springwall or Mat, we cannot get enough of it. However, dispute its global popularity there are still an ample amount of common misconceptions that stop people from giving it a chance.

🎲HOW DO YOU PICK A CLASS AT A STUDIO/GYM? 🎲

With the amount of studios and classes available it is very easy to get overwhelmed, distracted and confused. Options are great! And you would think the more, the better. However, I am pretty sure that an abundance of options derails your workout regiment. Don’t get me wrong, I love checking out new studios and cool new workouts, yet when it comes to my week to week routine, I stick to a predetermined (some might say boring) schedule. Here are a few thing which help me to build my workout schedule:

📌Have a clear fitness goal,
📌Make sure to have a variety of activities/classes,
📌Sign up in advance and block this time in your schedule,
📌Find instructor/studio you enjoy coming back to.

FULL-BODY OR BODY-PART FOCUSED TRAINING? 🧐

There is no right answer to this question 😄 It all depends on multiple variables, including:

🥊How much time do you have?
🥊 What are your workout goals?
🥊 How organized are you with your training?
🥊Do you prefer more or less-intense workout?

No matter what routine you pick, I’ve got you covered 😉 In my classes we will work your whole body and will keep things interesting by adding exercises for a specific body part.

Today, I want to focus on the upper body as toned arms never go out of style 🙌🏻
