It’s that time of the month again!!! Time to RSVP for the FREE women’s only practice shuttle run session. Due to varying schedules we decided to host next weeks run on two different date/times.

All women are encouraged to attend, regardless of your fitness ability or career choice. This is a fun event to challenge yourself and meet other women with similar fitness goals.

Please RSVP via DM with your name, number and which date you will be attending. Hope to see you all there!!☺️

Happy Wednesday everyone ☀️ we are excited to announce a date for the next Women’s Practice Shuttle Run event. Please join us on August 14th @ 9 AM at the same location as last time (3200 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough) and bring your friends and family to run as well 🏃🏼‍♀️

You don’t have to be applying for a job in the law enforcement field to come out, this run can be done for fun and to test your own abilities 💪🏼

Do you have a regulated running routine? 🏃🏼‍♀️

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner, try out these three simple runs that can be done throughout each week. It covers a variety of running types to ensure your endurance, speed, stamina and cardio are all being worked on.

Consistency is key!! I can’t stress that enough, it is inevitable to get better at something when you do it repeatedly. Stick to the routine, challenge yourself each week, and know that even if you are starting small or inexperienced that your hard work will pay off and you will see results over time 🏃🏼‍♀️⭐️

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid is a nutrient that is necessary for the growth, development and repairs of all body tissues. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that protects us against damages caused by harmful molecules called free radicals, as well as toxic chemicals and pollutants💨

Since our bodies don’t produce vitamin C we have to rely on our diet to meet our daily intake goal. It’s important not to exceed the safe upper limit of 2,000 milligrams a day to avoid an upset stomach and diarrhea.
