You can regret at the end of your life and reflect on what you could have done or you can visualize what you can be and work on it every single day.
Throwbacks are so important when you see how far you have come. This was the third time my mom sponsoring me in to the business. She never gave up on me NO MATTER WHAT!!
My mentors Rob Walsh and Kristie Walsh. They always helped me see the vision and nurtured my growth in the business and now zenia is also mentored by them. In the last 10 years they shaped my life in an unimaginable way. I am grateful for them in my life, the beauty of Herbalife business is that your mentors always have the vision for your growth. Seeing this picture today gives me so much inspiration to work more on myself for the next 10 years and beyond.

T U E S D A Y - T H O U G H T S

PURPOSE is everything. the more you are true to yourself, know your flaws and willing to put in the work to overcome them needs courage. Being an introvert helped me observe more than talk, also have social anxiety. Fear of being judged for being your true authentic self. I have realized over a period of time, how grateful I am for all the blessings in my life. Appreciate the ability that’s GOD gifted to see things the way they are and learn how to accommodate more positivity. That wouldn’t have been possible if I have not discovered my Authentic self, which is not only about you but the people you surround with, conversations you have and most importantly the thoughts you have everyday. 🔥🔥
Life’s a blessing and every moment you are not authentic and true to yourself is a moment wasted living based on someone else’s perspective. ✨

We need to feel at our core that we matter. And that we are making a difference!!!
We started Body transformation challenges a year ago and till now more than 550 people have been educated and given results that they can sustain. We have definitely come a long way and a long long way to go. With the current lifestyle where negligence and procrastination takes over your precious life, we are inspired to make a difference in the community. One person at a time!!!
I am taking 5 new clients for the September challenge. The most important attribute for someone to participate is the willingness to change and adapt to new habits and have lots of fun becoming a new YOU.

If you wish to be HEALTHY study HEALTH
Transformations to many are just physical and it’s all related to six pack abs or getting lean or getting in to shape. If we look deeper these are mostly NEEDS 🙅🏽‍♂️ and when it’s a NEED you are looking for a quick way to get it done.

Things are quite different when you WANT to transform. Now you are looking for a way to learn how to transform and sustain those results. You are willing to educate yourself. It has everything to do with your mindset and your willingness to change your strong habits. How you want to lead a healthy lifestyle should be driven by a strong purpose and that doesn’t happen in a day. It takes time and patience, you build it one day at a time. Get better .1 % every single day. Breaking the habit is not HARD, it just takes consistent work.
Start by being consistent in

* working out 3 to 4 times a week / any form of workout you like

* Add a minimum of 3 green vegetables to your plate every day

* Drink a minimum of 2.5 litres of water

* Start focusing on positive thoughts and don’t compare yourself with others.

* Focus on getting 7 hours of sleep without disturbance.

As long as you WANT to make these changes you will see major transformation, just in 3 weeks.
