We’re opening up a 5-week embodied experience for couples who want to slow down, explore, and spend intentional time together in a new way ✨
This is a space for presence, play, and discovery - a space where you get to meet each other through movement, curiosity, touch, and guided relational exercises, without needing to overthink or perform.
We’ll be gathering with other couples in a warm, welcoming space that supports all kinds of relationships and stages.
Across the 5 weeks, we’ll move through themes of embodied communication, listening, presence, play, creativity and support, each week drawing from contact improv dance and expressive movement principles to guide the experience.
