JULY MARKET REPORT: It's a buyer's market.
With more listings available, buyers are taking advantage of increased choice and negotiating discounts off asking prices compared to a year ago. Because the real estate cycle will continue, homeownership is becoming a MORE attainable goal in 2025.

↔️ As for buyers, preparing all the documents in place is important, and it would be beneficial to have a meeting, so that you understand the process of your financial history, employment situation, and your credit report will tell you exactly amount you are approved for. And the difference between Pre-qualified and Pre-approved, your budget, the ratio, and so on.

↔️ As for sellers, if you're struggling to sell is to hold off. Perhaps consider turning the property into a rental instead. Give it some time, rent now, and let the market readjust back whether that's a year or two years from now.
