In our society we have this arbitrary number 65, the age when people retire. This number doesn’t mean anything.

Retirement is defined or calculated by another number, called financial independence number.
This number is the amount of income producing assets (funds portfolio, real estate, royalties etc.) you have in your name which gives you the amount of passive income you need to continue to pay for for needs

You can achieve this number at any age and then can decide if you don’t want to work anymore.
