Thanks to one of our awesome clients who’s a season ticket holder, is giving away a complimentary pair of tickets to see the Toronto Tempo play—that’s our city’s new women’s basketball team!—on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at Scotiabank Arena. 🏀

Sree is our Member of the Month at OMJ FITNESS for April 2026.
rb1202 first came to us half a year ago, looking for some personal training, and stayed for classes as an annual member. Initially looking to build muscle mass and improve her strength with , she has now not only learned how to lift correctly and safely, but is making leaps and bounds with her upper body strength—and can even do tricep dips with her full body’s weight! 💪

New to the Yonge and Eg neighbourhood, Sree is making friends with our fellow members and expanding her social network within our community. See—this is what it’s all about: accountability, community and inclusivity! We are so happy to help Sree on her health and wellness journey and are super proud of her as she works towards her goals of improving her overall fitness!

Congratulations to our Self Love Showdown winners for 2026! Zoe, Kelly and Anna all completed 12 workouts or more during February 2026, winning $150 each towards or free personal training at with a water bottle. Getting everyone to get together for a photo-op was another challenge, haha, but alas, here are the ladies celebrating their prizes!
