Fact: You can p**p everyday and still be constipated

Missing a bowel movement or being backed up periodically happens to most people at some point in their lives. Constipation can be chronic, sometimes severe and can have a significant effort on a persons overall health.

An impaired elimination equals reabsorption of toxins from our colon that enters back into the bloodstream. The causes stress on our liver and can lead to other issues like hormonal imbalance, depression, fatigue, anxiety, microbial overgrowth to name a few.

Try The Transit Test:

Eat 1 cup of cooked beets. Record the date and time you ate them. When you have your next bowel movement, look to see if your stool is reddish-purple in color. You’ll record the time of your bowel movement and when you ate the beets.

Your ideal transit time should be between 18-24hrs.
Fast = 12 hours
IDEAL = 18-24
Slow = longer than 24 hours

When all is done, you want to find the root cause to your constipation. This is where working with holistic or functional practitioner is key. Helping you navigate any underlying causes is key to restoring function.

Reminder every one is different, and before trying different therapies it’s always best to know the root cause instead of guessing.
