Kayla Ngo is a hospitality professional passionate about people, connection, and community. A Royal Roads University graduate with the Chancellor's Award, she built her career from the ground up, gaining operational experience in Food & Beverage and Front Office before joining Accor's INSPIRE Leadership Development Program at the Forbes 5-star Fairmont Pacific Rim — a launchpad that led to her current leadership role. Today, as Project Manager of People & Culture, she leads engagement, leadership programs, and recruitment initiatives that transform everyday moments into experiences that empower and inspire others.

Beyond her role, Kayla serves on the Employer Advisory Board and mentors with the Immigrant Employment Council of BC, supporting employers and skilled immigrants.

Currently, he serves as Guest Relations Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, contributing to the flagship property's reputation for exceptional and highly personalized service.

In his role, he focuses on elevating the guest experience through innovation and a modern, data-driven approach to guest satisfaction. Daniel is an Assistant Front Office Manager at The Westin Harbour Castle with over 11 years of experience in hospitality. He currently leads a team of 20 associates, focusing on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Throughout his career, Daniel has developed a well-rounded operational foundation, with experience across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Banquets & Events. He has played a key role in driving service-focused initiatives, including leading a strategic "Big Bet" to improve staff service scores for large-scale group arrivals. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is passionate about building strong teams and creating seamless guest journeys through cross-departmental alignment.
