We’re back at Ning Plus this Sunday from 12PM–4PM (or until sold out) and the weather is looking beautiful for a stroll through Cathedral Town ☀️🍕
We missed last week due to the weather, so we’re extra excited to fire up the ovens again and serve the community this weekend. Come early to avoid disappointment — once we’re sold out, we’re sold out.
Pair your pie with one of Ning Plus’ signature lemon teas, handcrafted espresso beverages, refreshing matcha drinks, or their great selection of teas while you enjoy the patio and sunshine.
We’ll have our regular menu available along with a couple rotating specials this week:
🔥 Chicken Jalapeño
Grilled chicken breast, pickled jalapeños, shallots, finished with a sprinkle of chili flakes for an extra kick.
🌿 Pesto Pepperoni
Venetian pepperonis topped with basil pesto and Grana Padano.
Every pizza is made with our 72-hour fermented sourdough, imported cheeses from Italy, and Bianca DiNapoli tomatoes.

Back at Ning Plus tomorrow 🍕☀️
Join us this Sunday from 12 PM – 4 PM (or until sold out) for another pop-up filled with 72-hour sourdough pizzas, premium ingredients, and hopefully some beautiful long weekend weather.
We’ll be serving up all the staples you know and love, along with a couple of rotating favourites:
• Margherita — Bianca di Napoli tomato sauce, Fior di Latte, basil, parmigiano
• Classic Pepperoni — Venetian pepperonis, Fior di Latte, Danish fontina
• Four Cheese — Fior di Latte, gorgonzola, parmigiano, fontina
• Sweet & Spicy — spicy salami, Venetian pepperonis, Fior di Latte, organic honey
• Bruschetta — garlic, olive oil, bruschetta mix, Fior di Latte, parmigiano, basil
• Fungi — mushroom medley, Fior di Latte, parmigiano, roasted garlic
• Mushroom Pepperoni — Venetian pepperonis, mushroom medley, Fior di Latte

🍕 Second time joining the and it somehow hit even harder than the first.
There’s no doubt I could visit these pizzerias on my own, but it just wouldn’t be the same. Sharing the experience with a group of true pizza lovers — moving stop to stop, tackling each pie one slice at a time until you’re overfilled with joy and gluttony — that’s where the magic really lives.
One thing that really stood out this time was just how much of a difference it makes eating pizza fresh from the oven. Take for example — I’ve only ever had it delivered, and let me tell you… the difference was astonishing. Straight out of the oven, it absolutely shines. Easily one of the big hitters in the city when eaten the way it’s meant to be.
Revisiting a Toronto staple like was something special. I hadn’t been in over a decade, but it’s clear why it’s stood the test of time — still one of the best Neapolitan pizzas in the city. Simple, honest, and executed at a high level.
Watching Giuseppe from was a masterclass in itself. As authentic as it gets when it comes to an Italian pizzaiolo — effortlessly firing out close to 20 pies in a short span of time while we all hovered around, watching, learning, and being completely tantalized by his craft.
Massive love to the hosts and — truly one of a kind. And getting to reconnect with made the day even better. Great conversations about pizza, food, favourite spots around the city, and just getting to know him beyond the pies — such a genuinely solid human.
Shoutout as well to my fellow PizzaFest competitor , who I first met at in Montreal — always good running into familiar faces in this community.
A special surprise pop-up from (Frank’s Pizza House) delivered by the one and only was the cherry on top 🙌🏽🙏
It was a cold January day, but the company made it feel warmer than ever. And a huge thank you to the pizzaiolos at every stop — your dedication to the craft often goes unnoticed by the general public. We see you. We appreciate you. Thank you for filling our bellies! 🍕❤️
