[ HOW TO ] 3 practices you can do to EMBODY your design ✨

Time to talk integrating your HD in your body! Let’s get into it 👇

1️⃣ Begin by understanding what makes you your type by exploring & contemplating on the following questions

- Do you have a Sacral Center defined or undefined? What does that mean for you?
- Do you have a Motor Center connected to your throat or not? How does that show up for you?
- Do you have some defined centers, many defined centers, or none?

2️⃣ Connect every day with the Center that is your Authority, or the energy of the day if you are a Reflector, by using these questions to guide you

- Emotional Center: How do you feel?
- Sacral Center: What’s giving you butterflies?
- Splenic Center: What is correct for you right now?
- Ego Center: What do you want?
- G Center: Who are you today?
- Sounding Board: What are you picking up from your environment?
- Lunar: What is the energy of today?

3️⃣ Explore & experiment with one aspect of your chart at a time with intention and use these questions to help you explore

- Is there a Gate you’re feeling called to read about today?
- Could you play with your determination and eating by design today?
- What open center or undefined gate can you experiment with release, surrender, and flow with this week?

BONUS: Accountability and Community 👫

Accountability and community are both underrated, but incredible when it comes to this work – not only do you have support in doing what you said you would do, it just makes it way more fun!

Imposter Syndrome and the Human Design Types 🤝

We’ve all experienced Imposter Syndrome before:

It’s that uncanny and uncomfortable feeling or fear that your accomplishments aren't valid, that you don't belong, that you are a fraud.

Looking into the wisdom of HD, we can get some insights into how each of us might experience this differently:

1️⃣ Manifestors

Manifestor might experience Impostor Syndrome when they doubt the validity and the value of their internal urges. But the gift of a Manifestor is to be able to see a new way, and they're meant to trust themselves, initiate on their urges, and start the fire for the rest of us.

2️⃣ Generators

Generators might experience Impostor Syndrome when they doubt their creative power and intuitive connection to bliss. But the gift of a Generator is to be able to generate remarkably capable energy to create while at the same time being incredibly connected to joy and passion.

3️⃣ Manifesting Generators

Impostor Syndrome when they doubt their multi-passionate, speedy way to be. But the gift of a Manifesting Generator is to be the example of unreasonable and to redefine what is realistic. And yes, you really do have that many passions!

4️⃣ Projectors

Projectors might experience Impostor Syndrome when they doubt their innate ability to see how people can improve. But the gift of a Projector is to be able to see the systems we live in, see how we can improve them, and provide the correct guidance on how to get there.

5️⃣ Reflectors

Reflectors might experience Impostor Syndrome when they doubt their intuitive ability to see & feel the unseen. But the gift of a Reflector is the incredible intuitive power they hold to feel, see, pick up on, and predict in ways that are powerfully accurate and valuable.
