These fine folks are central to our mission to help the world transition to an environmentally responsible future by recovering rare earth elements from the difficult-to-recycle products of the modern world. Across a spectrum ranging from metallurgy and process engineering to intricate business planning, each team member is engaged in the ongoing creation of a sustainable life cycle for rare earth elements.

Adam Shine has worked in the recycling industry for over 15 years and grew up around it as he represents the fourth generation as the President at Manitoba Corporation, a non-ferrous metal recycling facility. In addition to Manitoba, Adam is the President of a sister company, Sunnking, which focuses on IT Asset Disposition and Electronics recycling.
