When the city gets to be too much, we retreat into mind, body, nature + community. 🏝️
This half-day retreat features 3 wellness sessions to build strength from the inside out:

🧘 Gentle Yoga
We’ll open with some embodiment exercises to shake off the everyday, and close it out with guided journaling to reflect + reset.
