This photo represents resilience and was posted today because earlier in the day me and my family lost everything in a house fire, luckily we still have our lives, seeing a fire at that magnitude on tv is exciting, but when it’s in person just a few feet away it can be scary, I’m glad no one was hurt and my gym bag with all my equipment was safe and unharmed , because I’ll need it to clear my mind in the gym very soon “ there’s nothing like taking out anger and clearing your mind on some weight”, it’s therapeutic.🧘🏿‍♂️

!!!Another superset I do to challenge balance & endurance, at the same time build & tone muscle in 2 muscle groups that doesn't effect the capability to be done simultaneously,butwhile performing 1 the other gets to rest.

1.tips during squat:The kettlebell during the squats allows me to lean forward enough to keep the weight centered on my quads "also the way the kettlebell is positioned challenges balance due to it being held behind you by your arms & resting in the center of the upper back" meaning it's challenging to prevent falling forward or backwards similar to squatting.

2.tips during kettlebell tricep extension:During the kettlebell tricep extension the difference between performing this exercise with the kettlebell compared to dumbbells,bars or cable machines is that with the kettlebell it has 2 maneuvers to stimulate the tricep muscles instead of 1 like its counterparts, with the kettlebell the 2 motions are pushing/extending & tilting the kettlebell "the objective is to get the ball of the kettlebell above you to the best of your capability, "this stimulates the triceps more because the extension is already in effect", while its counterparts just have 1 motion & that's focusing & depending on the extension & moving it. Try the kettlebells to get a better burn during targetting triceps & also build understanding & mind muscle connection.👊🏿🧘🏿‍♂️
