I put a call out out on instagram last week for creatives and musicians to reach out to meand I got 40+ responses. With all of that input in mind, I’ve decided to launch: Artist coaching!

This coaching is suitable for musicians and creatives at any stage in their practice - trying to write your first song, signed to a label, employed and trying to make more time for creation, and everything around and in between!

Mentorship is something I wish I had coming up in the music scene, so I’m excited to be able to offer it after 5 years of experience as a full-time musician with a Social Work degree and coaching certification!

Come prepared with:
- Your current challenges with creativity
- Some goals that you’re working toward

And through combining my love for music and personal development, we’ll work to uncover ways that you can:

- engage more actively with your artistry
- Prioritize self-compassion throughout your artistic journey
- Work on the discrepancies between the way you want to be spending your days vs. The way you’re currently spending your days
- Connect you to people in my creative community, if relevant

P.S. There are so many challenges in engaging with music and creativity that come with the way our society is set up. This kind of coaching acknowledges the lived experiences and challenges that people face that have NOTHING to do with mindset and ALL to do with the inequities that exist in our society. This isn’t a ‘JUST DO IT’ kind of thing, it’s more about exercising self-compassion and honouring your journey.
