I don't typically feel called to celebrate new beginnings this time of year, I feel more aligned with the renewal energy of the spring. However, there's no way around celebrating the huge shift happening over here. 🌄

We did it, we moved!

The last part of the 2023 calendar year for me was all about moving energy.
Moving lots and lots of personal energy both figuratively and literally and the closing of a challenging chapter in my life.🥺

The last 4 years have been tumultuous on the home front to say the least. In Jan of 2020 I separated from the mother of my kids. I left the family home we spent the past 8 years building together and was flushed into the wildest, wackiest world changing phenomenon and flaming cultural dumpsterfire I think we have all ever lived through. The perfect place to restart my life from 🫨

It's been a long journey but this recent shift feels very grounding and a welcome time to root 🌱

The rest of Jan I'll be settling in and re-orienting myself to my creative endeavors, incubating my spring event schedule and opening private bookings for March. I also have space for one more client looking to deep dive into personal medicine work in early Feb. If this calls to you, answer it ☎️

Time to say goodbye again to the rolling hills, the rolling basslines, the screaming heads, the screaming faces and the sweet whispers of the whipit faries dancing in the woods 🧚‍♂️🎈☀️

In over a decade of attending I don't think I've EVER taken a solid photo. I'm just having the time of my life usually! So almsot none of these are mine 😱

This year was by far the most dynamic, easy, and resoundingly satisfying experience I've had yet. Even through the challenges (there almost always are), the level of completion I feel in this moment is emaculate 🕉

Not simply because of Harvest, but the summer in general was one of recalibration, celebration, and deeply rooting in myself as I re-emerge🚀

Stay tuned for a couple of delightful medicine infused breathwork experiences coming up in October and November, and definitely keep an eye out for stations popping up near you! ✨️
