For the past decade, I’ve healed chronic pain naturally — no medications.

Several of those years? Completely pain-free.

The relief happened so steadily that pain became a distant memory… and naturally, I slowly gravitated back to foods we call “offensive” in regenerative healing — gluten, grains — telling myself I could tolerate them now.

Cue the migraines.
Inflammation creeping back in.
My body got loud.

Here’s the thing: I’ve never believed in going too hard, too fast.

When I worked alongside naturopathic doctors — including one from Germany — it was always about gentle purification. Gentle transition. Supporting the body without shocking it.

Not a deprivation diet.

Allowing the emotional and mental body to still feel satisfied. Enjoying food. Moving sustainably.

Healing isn’t extreme. But it does require honesty.

So I went back.
Back to what works for my body.
Back to deep nourishment. Back to listening.

And already, I feel the shift.
