One of the biggest moments to come out of our club in the last ten years just happened in Windsor. 💙👏🏻💛Not only did Amairah Gayle crush it last night in the U20 Women’s Long jump to jump a season best of 5.80, but she just crushed a huge PB in high jump and achieved the standard for World U20s by jumping 1.83 m in high jump - yes you read that right, 1.83 as a U18 girl. Everyone is over the moon! Congratulations to Amairah, our awesome jumps coaches and to her parents who are incredibly supportive. Wow! We are all just so happy!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶

Congratulations to Ryder on a 🥈 medal and PB of 4:35 in U16 Boys 1500 m Steeplechase yesterday at the Ontario Legion Championships! Awesome job!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶
