Now that our 4th (or is it the 5th?) winter has turned into spring, I've started planting seeds for my garden 🌱

Enjoying fresh food from your own garden has so many benefits - reducing grocery costs, knowing exactly what goes into (or doesn't go into) your food, reducing environmental stressors (from shipping food world-wide), the personal satisfaction of feeding your body healthy plants, and the list goes on.

Even with limited space, you can still plant fruits, vegetables, and herbs in containers on a balcony or porch.

It's easy, it's fun, and you can get the kids involved.
