We’re thrilled to share a new construction milestone at LEVEL - East Building’s structural wood framing is now complete, with significant progress continuing across both the East and West buildings.

🔹East Building: Framing is now complete on all levels, with roofing underway. Work is progressing with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems rough-in, along with window prep and installation.

🔹West Building: Framing is coming up above the ground and has advanced to Level 2.

🔹Parkade: Installation of plumbing systems and fire sprinkler piping is moving forward steadily with sani & sewer piping ready to connect to the offsite civil.

With every milestone, we’re one step closer to welcoming you home. Stay tuned for our next update as Level continues to take shape!

             

Yesterday, the Jayen Properties team proudly participated in the 41st annual Vancouver Sun Run 2025 - marking our very first Sun Run together!

Twelve of our team members laced up and joined thousands of runners to tackle the 10km course under sunny skies and an incredible city-wide energy.
Our runners did a fantastic job, with many achieving or even surpassing their personal goals.

We’re so proud of everyone who took part and look forward to making this an annual tradition in the years ahead.
