Back On Track Recovery

Back On Track is an addictions recovery facility with first and second stage housing in Surrey, BC. We do not subscribe to any one particular style of recovery, instead embracing all styles of recovery. Through a little work on your part and the encouragement, support and care of our staff and other residence, your recovery has a fighting chance to succeed.
