The app will be offered by a pharmacy which will connect with patients through tele-communications or in-person appointments to solve their medication related needs. The patient will easily be able to navigate through the application to chose their primary medical concern that they would like to have addressed and then have the option to book a 30/60/90 minute appointment with a pharmacist which will collaborate with their primary care provider.
