Meet Coach Danielle:

Danielle is a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Pilates Instructor. You will either find her outside hiking with her mountain dog or having fun in the studio or gym. Her passion for fitness and health started 10 years ago and its only continued to grow and evolve since. Her core belief is that health truly is our greatest wealth and movement is medicine. She loves teaching participants of all ages in different styles to adapt to their individual needs and demands. Danielle specializes in functional fitness and overall mobility movements to improve your activity level and functionality. She used to be an Emergency Medical Responder in the Oilfields up in Northern BC. Her true calling is helping people and keeping them safe and active. Join Danielle if you are ready to have some fun and truly appreciate what your body is capable of.
