October Market Stats Are Out!
Here’s the latest from the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® for Metro Vancouver:

Home sales dropped by 14% compared with October 2024 (2,255 vs 2,632).

Listings are up, there are 16,393 active properties, a 13.2 % increase from last year, and 35.9 % above the 10‑year seasonal average.

The MLS® Home Price Index composite benchmark price for all residential properties sits at $1,132,500, which is 3.4 % lower than October 2024 and 0.8 % lower than September 2025.
