out 12 000 white laying hens, wich we raise from day-old chicks. Being involved from the beginning means we can be assured of our hens’ well-being. We work hard to ensure the health of our livestock. The chickens are checked over daily, and monitored constantly. We work closely with a poultry specialist to care for our birds. Part of our hands-on methodology involves producing feed for our chickens at our on-farm mill. We grow most of the ingredients to ensure optimum nutritional value. Eggs from our farm are sorted and meticulously inspected, so only the best eggs reach your counter!
