Every team member gets their birthday moment around here — complete with a snack of their choice, a loud happy birthday song, and time spent together as a team. But beyond birthdays, we also celebrate the moments that matter most in life: marriages, anniversaries, growing families, and new beginnings.

This week, we not only celebrated our sweet, Executive Assistant, Hannah’s birthday, but she also shared some exciting news with us… baby BOY! 💙🧁

Family, connection, and community are incredibly important to us, and we feel lucky to share in these milestones together.

Congratulations, Hannah! We’re praying for a healthy baby boy for you and Noah, and we can’t wait to meet the newest little member of the Three Way Builders family.

Turns out we’re just as competitive off-sites as we are on-site 🪓. Nothing like a little axe throwing to bring the team together (and settle a few friendly debates)…. We’re proud to share that our Chairman, Len, had the privilege of serving as a judge at the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce Chamber Challenge.

It was inspiring to see such a talented group of young entrepreneurs step forward to present their ideas, thoughtfully respond to questions, and embrace the challenge with confidence and creativity.

A huge congratulations to all participants for their hard work and innovation—and a special shoutout to the first-place winner of the $1,000 prize. The future of entrepreneurship is in great hands. 👏

When a project needs a reset, collaboration is the strategy. We don’t panic—we pull plan.

An intermediate pull-planning session with our trades helped us reset, refocus, and move the Flamingo Express Car Wash project back toward its milestones. Real conversations, real collaboration, and a whole lot of sticky notes working toward one goal: delivering for our client.

This is what strong project management looks like—leadership at the table, trades fully engaged, and solutions built together.
