A quick heads up for our Elevate community ➡️
Starting Friday, July 3, we'll be using our rear entrance while our building undergoes an exciting exterior transformation 🚧
There will be no interruptions to classes — just a different door for a little while! Simply follow the signage around the side of the building, and our team will be there to help guide you.
We're excited to watch our home evolve, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility during this temporary change.

Our new 6-Week Strength Fundamentals program starts this week ⚡️
This program will slow things down, break movements apart, and build the skills that help you feel stronger every time you step into a Strength class.
We'll be working on:
• Pull-ups
• Toes-to-bar
• Pistol squats
• Box jumps
Whether you're working toward your first rep or refining a skill you already have, every movement will be scaled to meet you exactly where you're at.
