This year for the Hot Chocolate Festival we’re doing a hot chocolate flavored with pear, walnut, ginger and vanilla. It’ll be served with a chocolate from that has layers of pear gel, spiced ganache, walnut gianduja!

Can be made with oat or almond milk for a vegan version.

Give a follow to check out all the other coffee shop's offerings!

Festival runs from Feb 4th - 21st. Lots of time to try them all!

This year, our first release from the project is from coffee producer Eduardo Donis Oliva.

His coffee is a new feature for us (you may remember the last couple years we’ve been featuring coffee from Israel Ramirez - who decided not to export this year.)
Eduardo shares his father’s farm with his siblings. We’re stoked to have his coffee this year and find notes like hazelnut, brown butter and orange blossom in the cup.

As always this coffee is an important part of our menu. For a decade the group of coffee producers has been actively resisting mining activities by a Canadian owned company. Please see the link in our bio to read more.
