avy monstrosities that existed in the 1980s when the founder, Max, was first learning to ride freestyle BMX. Armed with the knowledge that better bikes were needed and possible, we set out to change the kids' bikes industry and launched Spawn Cycles. Spawn’s initial models included a 12” balance bike, and 14” and 16” pedal bikes. As a brand, we have consistently focused on innovation in an effort to improve and expand our product offering over time. Now, over a decade into this journey, Spawn Cycles has dozens of options for young riders ranging from balance bikes to cross country trail bikes, purpose-built dirt-jumpers and even adjustable geometry full-suspension models. In order to expand our capabilities as a brand, we have also launched a separate component line along the way. was born in 2015 to fill the void in the market for high-quality, kid-specific bike components, as what WE needed could not be found in the sprawling catalogues of conventional and oftentimes sub-par components used by everyone else. We have travelled the world as a sponsor of youth-focused MTB events and formed a team of ambassadors consisting of some of the world's top emerging young riders many of whom have since moved on to becoming MTB pros! Spawn Cycles bikes are available in Canada and USA, Europe, new Zealand and Australia.
