On National Indigenous Peoples Day, we recognize and celebrate the histories, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Canada.

For TCG, Indigenous partnerships are not simply part of how we do business, they are an important part of how we build for the future. We are grateful for the relationships we've developed with communities and partners, and for the opportunity to learn from one another while creating shared economic opportunity.

June 21 is a time to reflect, to celebrate, and to acknowledge the strength and leadership of Indigenous Peoples across our country.

TCG would like to welcome Victoria Negus to the team.

Victoria brings extensive experience in Indigenous relations, major project development, business development, and strategic stakeholder engagement across British Columbia and Canada. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with First Nations leadership, community members, government agencies, and private-sector partners to advance infrastructure, economic development, and Nation-building initiatives.

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Certificate in International Business. Passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating long-term value for Indigenous communities and project partners, she will focus on strengthening partnerships, supporting collaborative project development, and advancing initiatives that deliver lasting social and economic benefits in her role as Senior Indigenous Relations Advisor.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Victoria is deeply connected to her community and values the importance of building strong, authentic relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and taking advantage of everything the beautiful West Coast has to offer.
