DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

1. Accounts Payable

· Enter outside carriers’ invoices

· Reconcile vendors’ invoices with statements

· Reconcile monthly lease operators’ statements

2. Data entry in various programs

3. Scanning documents

4. Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Analytical skills
Attention to details
Communication skills
Must have trucking experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
