I’ve experienced it to it’s fullest. ⁣

I was FINALLY starting to move in the direction of my goals and visions...⁣

So it was way easier to suppress these feelings with smoking w**d, eating, spending money, or just with the company of people. ⁣

I was even seeing a psychotherapist but it never seemed to help enough to pull me out of this spiral. ⁣
⁣
I would criticize myself for being out of alignment. ⁣
⁣
All I wanted was to move forward. To finally feel balanced, like I had a grasp on life! ⁣
⁣
but this self sabotaging loop was on repeat. Everything felt so out of reach. ⁣
⁣
When I started talking to people around me that were conquering their dreams and goals, thats when I realized one of the biggest missing links. ⁣
⁣
Accountability and structure. ⁣
⁣
I needed consistency is all areas. ⁣
⁣
I reached out for support. ⁣
⁣
I hired a coach that kept me accountable for not moving back into these downward spirals ⁣
⁣
Not only did they provide me the consistency I needed to move forward, but also the emotional support from someone who really saw me. ⁣

They understood my vision and kept me more focused on the paving the future rather then dwelling in the past. ⁣

This acceptance is our connection to universal love ♡ — to our own soul where life is infinite and all the stuff we have gone through in human experiences can not even make a teensy dent in our inner peace.⁣⁣

When we can tap into a memory that once caused pain and experience inner peace and compassion— we know we healed. ⁣⁣
