A few Tips for shovelling snow ❄️

❄️Take your time and pay attention to your form
❄️Push with your shovel, engage your Core (Cue: naval to spine), Lift (keep your back straight, bend your knees and use your legs) & carefully throw the snow
❄️Alternate sides to help balance muscles. It will feel awkward at first so focus on your form. It will become more natural with practice.
❄️Pilates helps strengthen your “Core” and entire body and balance out muscle imbalances which are a normal result from everyday activities
❄️Practice this tip when vacuuming or sweeping too
❄️Stay hydrated … Drink lots of water
