🤠 MEMBER MONDAY SPOTLIGHT: Lion Rob Goold! 🦁

For today’s , we are incredibly proud to feature a Lion who truly embodies the heart, dedication, and family spirit of our club—Lion Rob Goold!

Rob (on the left) joined the Simcoe Lions Club back in 2014, and he shared a wonderful memory of how his journey began:

"When I first started with the Simcoe Lions Club, Lion Jim Adams Sr. said to me, 'If you need help, just ask.' That stuck with me. We are more than just a service group... we are a family." ❤️

Over the last 12 years, Rob has rolled up his sleeves and stepped into countless vital roles to support our community. Just a few of his incredible contributions include:

Serving as a past President (with a memorable "Presley" rock 'n' roll flair! 🕺)

Working hard on the Community Services Trailer Committee
Helping manage our busy Auditorium Committee

Whether he is serving food from the trailer, managing club events, or stepping up to lead, Rob is always there with a helping hand and a true Lion heart.

Thank you, Lion Rob, for everything you do for Simcoe, and for reminding us all that we are stronger together as a family! 🦁✨

It’s the 80th Anniversary of
Simcoe Little Theatre!

In celebration of its 80th year milestone, Simcoe Little Theatre is staging the original production Where Stars Still Shine. It is a show filled with music, fun, laughter and nostalgia.

The production celebrates the many plays, local celebrities and stories of YOUR community theatre. We have assembled a large cast of past alumni together with more recent additions to the SLT stage. It is a homecoming of sorts for eight decades of Simcoe Little Theatre!

Whether a sponsor, an audience member, a performer or working behind the scenes, we can all be proud of the contribution to the performing arts that has been made by Simcoe Little Theatre.

Where Stars Still Shine, a fundraising show for Simcoe Little Theatre will run for a limited time, shows will take place on Friday and Saturday June 26, 27 at 7:30 pm and Sunday June 28 at 2:00 pm.

We value your support of the performing arts in Simcoe.
