Citrine Counselling is honoured and excited to be one of the facilitators in TeenLink Wellness.

Citrine will be teaching Healthy Relationships and Stress Management, while other skilled facilitators will be guiding participants through other important topics.

TeenLink is an educational, engaging, and fun program designed to support teens growth and wellbeing. Citrine Counselling is proud to contribute to this meaningful experience and is looking forward to connecting with participants!

September marks World Su***de Prevention Month, which serves as a reminder to raise awareness, offer support, and remind each other that no one has to face their struggles alone.

We understand the importance of open conversations around mental health and the power of reaching out non-judgmentally with empathy. There is hope, and there is help. ♥
