We spent an unforgettable day at Transitions Acres! 🐴🐶🐥
From horses and puppies to baby chicks and a brand-new miniature foal, our day was filled with adorable animals, hands-on learning, and lots of smiles. ❤️
We are so grateful for the opportunity to visit and experience all that Transitions Acres has to offer. Our friends had an amazing time connecting with the animals and learning about farm life.
