Maplecrest Announcement

Michel also known as Mike, the owner of Maplecrest Tree Services has retired from locally performing tree work. Michel had built up his business over the last twenty years performing a variety of services for clients from government, commercial deals and through residential work. Through all of this work, he always did his best to perform exceptional service for his clients, and he never had to call his insurance or write any significant incident reports. This chapter of Maplecrest officially came to a close when Michel decided to move with his family to a rural home in British Columbia. This will give Michel the peace and quiet away from the city and the constant motors of chainsaws he was looking for.

This is where Maplecrest has grown a new branch, since the fall of twenty nineteen Maplecrest has seen an influx of clients from their sales guy Joseph. When Michel was asked what was to be done do with the many clients who weren’t expecting to need a new tree guy. He replied “Joseph, do whatever you can for our clients.” So since Michel has left, I Joseph have needed to put a lot of time and energy in to network with other local arborist companies to assure the quality of work they performed was up to the expectations of Maplecrest, Joseph and our clients.

Now we are starting to see the fruits of this work come into fruition as clients are now put in a position for even more confidence when it comes to tree work. Now Maplecrest can firmly stand with the values and needs of our clients in a whole new way. A client receives the transparency of Joseph’s expectations and can put themselves in a position to put out their own expectations. From that point, now Maplecrest can shop around for the arborist crew who can do the desired work at the desired price.

Maplecrest has become a tree consultancy until such time as we find our own in house team. We are fortunate to have made a positive connection even among the busiest time of year for tree service.
