Product showcase of the week; Engine Block Torque Plate!

Did you know that I carry over 80 different model of engine block torque plate and I am listing new model every month? From Toyota to Ferrari I do them all and if I don't cover your engine I will add it. I have a dedicated machine running on torque plate which allow me to have a very quick turnaround, 95% of torque plate order are shipped within 2 business days.

Torque plate are used to simulate the stress of a fully torqued head for honing. It can also be used at the assembly stage for blueprinting and ring gap measurement/adjustment.

Product showcase of the week; Shift Cut / Strain Gauge Shifter K**b Assembly

After a whole year of testing my Strain Gauge shifter is now ready to be released. This shift k**b has a built-in load cell and amplifier circuit that can interface with almost every programmable ECU to allow for a clutchless shifting. The load cell measure the effort applied to the shift k**b in either direction and transmit this data to the ECU, then voltage limit can be set to trigger ignition cut for a fast gear change when used with dog box transmission.

The load cell need to be supplied with 5VDC from your ECU and will output 2.5V at rest. Pushing or pulling on the k**b will vary the output voltage in either direction so you can fine tune when the ignition cut occurr. Output range is internally regulated from .5 to 4.5 VDC.

The shift k**b top is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum, bright anodized and then laser etched. The k**b lower body is made out of black Delrin, a light yet strong alternative to aluminum. This help keep the weight down while still offerring a good surface to hold. Another huge benefit of the lower delrin body is to prevent any false triggering due to vibration and harmonic of a heavier assembly. The center section that hold all the electronics is CNC machined out of 6061-T6 aluminum and clear anodized. The whole shifter assembly only weight 205g with 110g being the outer body.
