Ok but seriously how great does this look lit up at night!? Hydro was turned on just in time for the owners formal event. Ecstatic with the curb appeal on this old girl. Simple thought out lighting accents but in no way takes away for the beauty of this barn. Sometimes less really is more

A simpler Friday week finisher job. This 3 storey townhouse is having the upper loft being used as an office space. Currently it’s the “catch-all” as these homeowners have just got the keys. A little challenging working around the clutter for now , but managed just fine! I’m confident they will be able to see and find everything up there after swapping out that horrible b***y light!

Check out this HUGE cold room at our custom build. The homeowner runs a floral arrangements business and will utilize this space to keep the flowers fresh. That being said, the space needed to be bright in order to sort, organize and find everything efficiently. We decided to install EMT instead of Armoured Cable as Jack and I agreed it would look cleaner. What’s your thoughts?
