flow into fall with energy and ease 🍃
also, a yummy pumpkin pie smoothie 🥧
• 1 cup almond milk (unsweet)
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
• 1 Tbsp almond butter
• 1 Tbsp super smoothie blend (available at .creek.wellbeing)
• 1 tsp pumpkin spice (or pinch of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)
• 1 tsp pure vanilla bean
• 2-3 ice cubes

with naturally dyed shredded coconut! 🥥
using blue-green spirulina (blue), spinach juice (green), beet juice (pink), turmeric (yellow), carrot juice (orange)
to make your own, mix 1-2 Tbsp of above ingredients with 1 cup shredded coconut (plus a little water for powdered ingredients).
leave overnight in dehydrator or on lowest oven temp for 30-45 mins.
