A fun workout that uses Zumba steps. Latin dance moves used in Zumba are basic Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, Bachata, Flamenco, and Tango. The steps are easy to follow. Choices for low or high impact movement are demonstrated. Karmifit Zumba will inspire you to love exercising to Latin and World music.
