Today I want to highlight Beachcomber Coffee, a local business that serves amazing coffee that is roasted in small batches in Vancouver. They even sell Sunshine Coast mugs, so you can rep the coast anywhere you go. ☕️

I found this great gluten-free vegan sweet potato brownie recipe from Julia of Hooked On Plants (a Whistler BC native!). 🍠 Dates are used to make it sweet and almond butter for the density.
