We welcome people at all stages of meditation practice. Beginners are welcome to our weekly group meditation sessions and to our retreats. We also offer a range of programs from Introduction to Meditation classes to a deeper dive into the dharma in our Community Circles programs. Guidance for Liberating the Mind: this is the heart of the teaching on impermanence. It offers guidance for how to meet experience in ways that lead to a lighter and freer heart. We continue to dive into this 13th step of the Mindfulness of Breathing in Sixteen Steps.
