We have had the pleasure of contracting Aaron Wignes on two occasions. Firstly, he and his crew with Blue Chip Developments did our exterior renovation including landscaping, new windows, doors and trim. We have a 35 year old home so new windows were a challenge. The outcome was outstanding! We were more than pleased. Our yard has become a dream, half hour maintenance once a week, our home has a face lift and it still suits our neighbourhood. Aaron listened to our needs and executed a job, which at times took some twists and turns, resulting in our complete satisfaction.

10 months later, we contracted Aaron to take on our interior main floor renovation. We were shocked when on the first day of demolition his crew of very dedicated and hard working individuals had the walls removed, old cupboards out and flooring up. Aaron had estimated our reno to take 4 – 6 weeks. Everyone we spoke to told us to double that time frame due to their experiences. We moved out to allow for an easier living situation and work area for Blue Chip to be most efficient, and we moved back in exactly 27 days later. Remarkable! Anyone who has watched the home reno shows on T.V. has seen the disasters that can take place during a renovation. We all have friends and family that have been displaced from their homes for extended periods of time during a renovation due to disorganized contactors. The organizational skills that Aaron conducted during our renovation were simply impressive. He stayed within our budget, provided excellent advice and arranged subcontractors perfectly; the transition between electrical, plumbing, cabinets, countertops, flooring as well as painting and finishing completely seamless. We were impressed daily by the diligence and effort by the whole team. Their hard work ethic and friendly interactions with us were appreciated throughout.

The end result is magnificent. We have a brand new home! From the onset, Aaron worked tirelessly to exceed our expectations. He wanted us to be happy, to love it...mission accomplished! Thanks Aaron and the team at Blue Chip!
