It looks like May 19th will be the date that I’m allowed to resume practice. I can’t wait to get back at it! There will be new safety measures to follow (TBD as of yet) which is a good thing but moving forward feels good. I hope you all are doing well and I look forward to seeing everyone again. An interesting article regarding the application of ice to an injured area. We seem to be experiencing a shift in the best practices post injury in regards to the application of ice.
I guess that's why it is good to have scientists always researching to further our understanding of how the body works!
