We wanted to take a moment to recognize something truly special from this past weekend.

Our SWAT (Synergy Weightlifting Adapted Team) competed at the Trench Open in Regina, and to say they performed well would be an understatement.

They absolutely crushed it.

Across the board, the team delivered outstanding performances, breaking more records than we can count. It was a powerful display of hard work, consistency, and the kind of resilience that defines this group.

These athletes continue to raise the standard—not just in performance, but in attitude, effort, and what it means to be part of a team.

A huge congratulations goes out to all of the athletes and coaches who made this weekend such a success.
