I have worked with hundreds of my clients over the past 5 years when you needed to navigate changes in your business, in your career, and in your life. What can we learn from tech companies and their creative brainstorming methods?

There are novel ways to invigorate your imagination and mindful ways to tackle routine problems. I'm particularly interested in the Hack Week concept. It suggests setting up a creative time to collectively work together on a problem. The goal is to generate new perspectives and ideas and not necessarily getting a perfect outcome.

Team learning is worth the time invested when the proper structure is in place to support it. Has anyone tried these types of methods before? Did you have success? What would you do differently next time?
