We began specialized in Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and those aspects still run strong. We have now expanded into a full weight training center with a team of excellent personal trainers, bootcamps, and teamed up with BRIO to bring you the new BRIO SOUTH.
